nice hotel with a great spa

heated pool beautiful room
the breakfast was unbelievable. i found lots of choice there. rooms are beautiful, and i really liked the spa area. there also is an outdoor heated pool, i really liked it.

helpful staff beautiful surroundings
i found the staff cute and helpful throughout my stay. the cottage was well-equipped and provided everything needed for a comfortable visit in beautiful surroundings. the surroundings were also nice.
i experienced an issue with contacting the hotel after my return home. i left messages, but i did not receive a response. i am still waiting for assistance.

the room had a bed that was amazingly comfy it also featured a great shower. the bathroom included underfloor heating adding a touch of luxury. the room was beautifully decorated and clean.

breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of options available. the restaurant was comfortable and the food was delicious. the staff were helpful and pleasant enhancing the dining experience.

the staff were lovely and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. everyone was friendly and helpful making me feel well looked after. they were professional at all times.

wow! an amazing experience!

lovely cheeseboard extra hot flat whites delicious breads
I enjoyed the cheeseboard and oil jug. The breads were so delicious! i asked for two extra hot flat whites, and they delivered exactly that. the chef prepared a lovely poached egg for me, and i ate it with salmon. charlies is such a nice restaurant!
The single beds were not very comfortable. The double bed was great, though.
