central location helpful staff
The location provided easy access to main attractions I also appreciated the free laundry room I used it to pack light. The reception staff were very kind and helpful I felt well taken care of. I enjoyed having a deep tub and a towel warmer I used them every day.
The shower pressure was a little low for my preference.

Absolutely smashing stay!

lovely staff big attraction amazing location
The location are grand because it put you right next to many big attractions. It were not too far from the train station. Staffs were really lovely and helpful. The location also gives views and minimizes the steps to get to the Royal Mile.
The room have a limited space for cosmetics. I think they should fix that.

the location was central near the royal mile it provided easy access to major attractions i found the provided kitchenette very useful it had a coffee maker a microwave and dishware i was pleased to find laundry facilities available on site it made longer stays much more convenient
i found some noise from nearby pubs noticeable mainly in the evenings this slightly impacted sleep quality

The location was VERY central. It allowed easy access to key attractions. The room had a well-equipped kitchenette. It included a microwave, fridge, and various utensils. The walk-in shower was large. It featured both a hand shower and a rain shower.

ideal location full kitchen helpful staff
The location was very nice, just steps from the royal mile. I loved having a full kitchen in the apartment, a perfect setup for our family. the shower was so good, i didn't want to leave! the front desk staff were helpful and friendly.
the screen on the rowing machine wasn't working, it was a very slight disappointment.

the staff offered quick assistance with luggage. bellhops were consistently available at the entrance. front desk personnel demonstrated knowledge about local attractions and offered detailed directions, which i really appreciated..

though there was no full restaurant, a continental breakfast selection featured fresh pastries. a coffee machine served a variety of drinks, including espresso. there was also complimentary tea, i thought that was such a sweet, darling, gesture.
