mixed feelings about basement room

badly fixed leak grout work
i booked a standard double room. i received a room in the basement. the view included a traffic cone and brick wall, not exactly scenic. also the bathroom looked to have a poorly repaired bath leak and needed grout work in the shower it was not great

The hotel is well located, a short walk from main attractions. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices each morning. i found the staff very helpful. They assisted with taxi bookings quickly. the room was consistently clean and tidy upon my return each day.
The bathroom fan did not seem to work effectively. Ventilation felt limited. i found it a bit stuffy after showers.

amazing stay!

fantastic location spacious room helpful staff comfortable stay
The location was fantastic! it was only a short walk to several key attractions. the room was also super spacious with a king bed and a sofa bed. Perfect for my family. the staff were warm and helpful. the hotel was well kept and clean, offering a very comfortable stay!
i noticed a small stain on one of the towels, a minor inconvenience, but overall everything else was fantastic!

The room was bright and roomy, located away from the noisy main areas. This ensured a quiet rest. the bathroom and shower were great after my long flight. The bed was comfy and the pillows were fluffy!!!

charmed stay at royal terrace

excellent breakfast comfortable bed great room size
the breakfast was excellent, with many choices. the breakfast area had a gorgeous design. our room was a great size, and the bed was very comfortable. i liked the coffee machine, a convenient addition to the room, i was able to start my day right.
the lighting could be better, the room was quite dark even during the day. they couldn't install ceiling lights because of the high ceiling. i think they should put a lamp next to the wall in the middle of the room.

our classic room was spacious and well-kept. it featured comfortable bedding, two bedside tables, and a functional work desk, i was able to feel completely at home. the room also included an ensuite bathroom with complimentary toiletries.

The location proved acceptable, providing convenient access to nearby attractions.
I encountered several issues. My initial room was not clean properly, the provided hairdryer was non-functional. I requested a double bed, but the check-in provided two single beds. The room area was half the size.
