warm greeting hotel tour excellent service
david greeted us warmly. he gave a tour of the hotel. he also told us stories about the hotel experiences. katie served my early breakfast with a smile.
the route from the lobby to my room required elevator rides and long walks. i had to pass through the bar and emergency exits. this was quite inconvenient.

convenient location suite access views difficult curtains insecure door missing towels
the location was convenient to edinburgh street food. it was also near st james quarter. waverly station and the royal mile were within a short walk. our suite had courtyard access and calton hill views.
our room's floor to ceiling windows were nice. the curtains were difficult to manage. the door to the outside felt insecure and difficult to lock. staff forgot extra towels and a bath mat.

prosecco glass nespresso machine lovely room excellent breakfast
reception was cute. a staff member got us prosecco as we booked. our bags were taken and we were shown to our room. the room had a nespresso machine with chocolates. the breakfast was excellent.
the charcuterie board and wine in the snug did not have a lot of choice. i asked for more bread and was charged extra!

lovely rooms excellent breakfast prosecco arrival spacious room
I received prosecco upon arrival, and someone showed me the hotel. my room was clean and spacious with nespresso and chocolates. breakfast was excellent every morning. i would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was lovely!
The charcuterie board offered limited options. When i asked for extra bread, there was an additional charge!!
