Acceptable Location. Room for Improvement
peeled paint deep cleaning
The location near Haymarket Station allowed easy access to the city center.
The bathroom was not well maintained. Paint peeled from the walls. Mold was also present in the shower. The kitchen clearly required a deep cleaning.

Functional and Convenient Apartment
ample space helpful staff convenient washer
The apartment had ample space for a family. It included all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated having a washer and dryer available within the apartment. This.
The noise was excessive. Teenagers were often screaming late at night. they played loud music until 2am or later. i had to keep the windows open to cool the apartment. As a result, i had to breathe in the smoke from people smoking outside.

spacious apartment helpful receptionist great amenities
the apartment was spacious with great amenities. i found cutlery and china well stocked. the receptionist told me about a shortcut to the castle, it was helpful. i also appreciated the information about the buses.
The shower leaked water everywhere. There were serious leaks issues going on.

damaged flooring bathroom grime
The bathroom cleanliness was not optimal. I found dirt and dust present upon arrival. the bathtub looked to be falling apart. pvc flooring was uneven and damaged in multiple places. the walls in the bathroom also seemed rather grimy.
