A good stay

large room sensational location cute staff
The room was large and the views were magnificent, especially from the 1886 Restaurant, located on the ground floor. The hotel's location made catching the bus easy, with a bus stop just outside. The staff was cute and helpful. I booked an extra night because i loved it so much.
My room didn't include a fan. During warmer days, it became a bit stuffy because the window didn't open fully.

The bus access into town was easy. The bus stop sits just outside the hotel. Check-in happened quickly. I found the upgraded room warm. Staff were friendly, ready to help.
The stair carpets need attention as they are worn.

charming hotel with scenic views

spacious room clean room peaceful view
The rooms were spacious and clean. I especially liked the peaceful view from my window. a bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the building with the hotel's name displayed. travelling to the centre was easy by taking bus number 11 and viewing the scenic route along the way.
The receptionist i encountered was not very engaging. The staff in the bar and restaurant provided better service.

charming getaway

close bus stop big room castle view amazing service
i appreciated the bus stop situated very close to the entrance, simplifying trips. the rooms were big, offering ample space to relax after a day OUT. breakfast in the 1886 restaurant was a highlight, i enjoyed castle views. all the staff were cute, their service was amazing.
the hotel needs some diY work , as i noticed some slight wear and tear .
