Excellent City Center Stay

city heart easy walk fresh options friendly staff
The location was superb, right in the heart of the city. It made walking to attractions very easy. The breakfast included good variety and freshly cooked options. The staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. I was pleased by the hotel's central position.
The noise from the street was noticeable at times, especially in the evening.

The hotel sits in a convenient location. The room was fully outfitted. The bed offered great comfort. An espresso machine was available in the room. I found this amenity especially nice for enjoying coffee in the morning. Luggage storage was available while I explored the city.
Street noise was noticeable despite closed windows. Earplugs were helpful.

superb location helpful staff local restaurant small room counter space luggage access
the hotel had a superb location. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff was very helpful. they provided useful recommendations for local restaurants.
The room i stayed in was quite small. it felt cramped. the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. organizing my toiletries was difficult. The hotel didn't have easy access for luggage. i needed to lift my luggage up a small flight of steps.

thin walls filthy carpet
the location was indeed great , near many attractions.
I was frustrated with the room , it was not up to par. the walls were thin . I heard everything inside and outside. also , the carpet was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned properly.

The hotel location was very convenient for reaching many attractions. The room provided filtered water. My room featured a super clean bathroom. I found breakfast amazing, setting me up perfectly for the day.
The bed firmness was not ideal for my personal preference.
