basic stay with issues

cold room stained carpet
The room was really cold when i got there. It was like 16°c. i turned the heating on, but it didn't do much. also, the bathroom window didn't shut all the way, so cold air kept coming in! the bathroom wasn't very clean either. there was hair in the corners, and the shower mat had stains.

cafe voucher amazing view
the breakfast was wonderful, especially with the complimentary voucher for the cafe. the view of the bridges was also amazing, it seemed like a painting.
the wifi signal in my room felt a little weak, maybe because it was further from the access point.

adequate, but COLD

good breakfast prompt service freezing room damp sheets
the breakfast was good, offering a prompt start to the day.
the room was FREEZING, almost unbearable, and the bed sheets felt damp. the heating did not come back on even by 10am, after reporting the problem, so a shower was out of the question.
