clean room in-room kitchen
The room was clean. I also appreciated the in-room kitchen and the included washer and dryer. I found it convenient to have these amenities . It certainly simplified my stay..
I noted the absence of coat hooks in the room, which would have been useful. This small addition would improve the overall functionality of the space.

On-site parking provided convenient access, a feature i greatly appreciated. A Tesco Express store is nearby. It is convenient for acquiring groceries or necessities throughout the stay. Having these options added considerable ease.

convenient location train station fully equipped apartment washing machine faulty door apartment worn carpets stairs delayed access entrance
The location was near the train station. The apartment had everything needed for a several days stay. A washing machine and an oven were amenities i appreciated.
The apartment door would not close properly unless slammed very hard. Sometimes at night i had to wait several minutes for someone to open the front door to enter the building. The carpets on the stairs are all worn.

Acceptable, but Some Issues

inoperative dryer poor response
The in-room washer and dryer was INOPERATIVE. I reported it to the front desk. A technician came the next day and confirmed the dryer did not work. I expected more than a simple apology. Clothes had to be hung all over the room to dry.

amazing apartment, perfect stay!!!

spacious apartment comfortables beds great amenities
the apartment was spacious with many amenities. i found a dishwasher and tablets, along with washing up liquid and a sponge!!! each day, we received a small milk bottle. the beds felt very comfortable and provided everything i needed, including ac and heating, shampoo and body wash, and a hairdryer.
the sofabed was slightly uncomfortable for sleeping.

breakfast was not included, however there were many cooking basics like pots, pans, oven, and utensils, with salt and peppers. i saw nice plates and new appliances such as kettle and toaster. i made great meals.

this place allowed luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. laundry was convenient with a washing machine, dryers, and laundry detergent. i felt secure. reception operates 24-hrs and is very helpful.

the staff seemed very friendly and always happy to assist. they handled a situation well, directing me to the general manager who responded professionally. the staff addressed concerns seriously and politely.

royal mile comfy bed great bathroom
the location was just off the royal mile. it was an easy walk up to the castle and over to princes street. the apartment had every facility for my stay. it was warm with a comfy bed and a great bathroom.
The room wasn't cleaned even once, and i had to ask for extra towels. I was told no because she couldn't leave the reception area.
