a pleasant stay

helpful staff fine decor good facilities
the bar staff was helpful and friendly both in the morning and at night. the room decor was fine with an excellent layout and good shower facilities. i'd definitely stay again because the cocktails were a definite 10 out of 10. the venue was lovely as were staff
i was given a ground floor room facing the road. a wedding reception was on when i stayed, so i was woken at 1am by noisy guests returning to their rooms for about an hour.

uninterested staff warm room
The reception staff did not seem particularly interested during check-in, possibly because a large wedding was underway. I found the room too warm. I turned off the radiator and opened the window, but it did not help much (I really needed a cooler room).

beautiful room great breakfast helpful staff
the beautiful room worked great for me and my son. two beds stood on opposite sides of a dividing wall, giving us a sense of separate spaces and ensuring a better night's sleep for both of us. breakfast gave lots of choices, made me happy. staff members are very kind and helpful.
the restaurant didn't offer a specific spending value per person for food. instead, i was only able to select from a limited menu.

ample spaces charging points
The parking had ample spaces. Tesla charging points were available, very useful. The hotel offered a well-lit environment at night. I liked the easy to find car park.
The instant coffee was a bit expensive.
