the staff was friendly.
The room i had was quite dated. the mattress was thin, and i felt the springs. It wasn't comfortable at all. there were coffee marks on the wall near the tea station too, annoying, !!!

The staff were helpful. The breakfast host gary made sure i had everything i needed. the portions at the evening meal were large. i found the location great for buses. the value for money was definitely there.
i noticed the bar had limited choice after 8:30.

The Scottish breakfast was superb. Gary, the waiter, provided excellent service. The location is excellent for events at Hampden Park.

friendly staff vegetarian dish clean room
the staff was friendly and helpful i especially appreciated the restaurant staff who accommodated my children's vegetarian requests even when it meant creating dishes not listed on the menu the room was clean and quite spacious. breakfast was a good experience i enjoyed the fresh options available each morning the service was consistently prompt and attentive.
the soundproofing could use some improvement i could sometimes hear conversations or noise from adjacent rooms.
