the parking spaces were plentiful it made arrival easy i found the staff to be friendly and helpful the location worked well everything i needed was nearby
my room was a bit tired the carpets needed a good clean the ensuite seemed dated to me i found it hard to get the water to a comfortable temperature

the king room sofa bed lake view had a nice lake view. the bed was big and i found the room to be clean. costa and mcdonalds are nearby. the staff was friendly.
the wifi was very weak to use. i was unable to watch tv because of this. i did not see decaf tea or coffee.
