Underwhelming stay due to room issues.
broken shower uncomfortable beds
Location is acceptable right off the motorway.
The room did not meet expectations I do have. The shower was broken so I was not able to use. There was a strong smell of damp within the room. The beds are also uncomfortable. I canceled my return stay because of this poor experience.

The room was super clean and offered a perfect rest after a long drive. i appreciated the ample space in the double room. free wifi was reliable and fast. I enjoyed catching up on shows. the location right off the motorway was convenient.
i noticed a very slight musty odor in the hallway leading to my room.

This location offers great access for those travelling. It sits just off the m74. you will find that it provides easy access to both northbound and southbound routes. the convenience of the service station being right there is amazing!!!

the location suited our needs perfectly for a brief overnight stay. the staff was friendly at check-in and check-out, a smooth experience. the room had a kettle with condiments and a hairdryer, our basic needs were met. i was happy to see the closeness of the service station, a few steps away.
the motorway traffic hum was noticeable.

broken towel rail dated building
i found some issues . the bathroom sink plug did not hold water, a basic but important function. the towel rail in the bathroom had broken off the wall. these issues, combined with the dated nature of the building and a slight smell in the corridors, detract from the experience. paying for parking felt excessive.

I found this motorway hotel a good surprise! the rooms are very clean and possess a comfortable atmosphere for weary travellers. the staff showed kindness. i appreciated the convenience of a dog walking area. It added to the charm.
the front door area showed some wear, but it was a very slight detail.
