Excellent stay with friendly staff!

warm welcome immaculate room spacious restaurant great food choice
The reception team, Megan and Keira, welcomed me warmly. I felt at home. They were very good daily. The room was immaculate each evening. The restaurant was bright. Spacious. The food had a great choice and was fairly priced.
The shower drain had some hair in it, it was not nice. The curtains had something on them, too.

The modern room was spacious and impeccably clean upon arrival. I appreciated that it was cleaned daily , it was always immaculate when I returned in the evening.

Easy parking made arrival and departure stress-free. The hotel is conveniently located just off the M74. The proximity to the Toby Carvery offered convenient access to high-quality dining. I appreciated it. The staff were helpful.

early knock bin noise
The hotel seemed okay initially. I got a room overlooking the car park. How exciting is that? The real joy began around 1 a.m. when staff decided it was bin-emptying time. The highlight was the cleaning crew knocking on my door at 9:25 a.m. Check-out wasn't until 11 a.m. I felt so welcome and not at all pressured to leave early.
