missing turndown service thin walls
I was pretty underwhelmed. the promised turn-down service was a complete no-show, not that i was desperately waiting for it. also, the soundproofing or lack thereof, meant i could hear every word from the room next door. It was like they were in my room. Not ideal when trying to sleep after a long day. it was more like a hostel than a hotel.

friendly staff lovely room clean room thin wall shouted conversation basic breakfast
the staff were lovely and friendly. the room was really nice (i especially liked the shower). everything was spotlessly clean.
the walls between the rooms are very thin. i could hear every word of the shouted conversation next door. breakfast was basic.
