friendly staff nice food broken fan condensation damage
the staff was friendly! food in the downstairs bar was nice, i thought. the shower worked well and it was quiet. i was pleased.
The room was hot, but the fan did not work. i noticed condensation damage in the bathroom. It needs updating.

the staff was friendly. I appreciated their help with directions to local attractions. The food at the onsite restaurant was quite good, with reasonable prices. there was ample parking available.

convenient and clean
friendly staff great convenience
the staff were friendly, and my room was clean and sizable. i especially appreciated the key that allowed me to come and go freely without hotel restrictions. the downstairs food service was a great convenience, providing excellent value for money.
the receptionist mentioned i had to pay £40 for a new key i lost the night before. she said she already rented that same room, but it was paid until friday. the situation felt quite unfair given my circumstances.
