accessible parking private bathroom friendly staff
The staff was really friendly and helpful. They addressed every issue quickly. parking was super easy to access. the room felt secure and had a private bathroom with a shower and even towels!
the room decor felt a tiny bit dated, though very neat place.

the staff were super friendly and helpful. parking was easy and right there. my room felt safe and even had a kettle. it was convenient to have towels ready!!!
my room was really hot. the windows barely opened at all. getting ready or sleeping was really difficult.

the staff were very friendly. also very helpful. i had my son's party in the function area, it suited all 100 guests perfectly. drink prices remained great and everyone complimented the dj.

friendly staff great convenience
the staff were friendly, and my room was clean and sizable. i especially appreciated the key that allowed me to come and go freely without hotel restrictions. the downstairs food service was a great convenience, providing excellent value for money.
the receptionist mentioned i had to pay £40 for a new key i lost the night before. she said she already rented that same room, but it was paid until friday. the situation felt quite unfair given my circumstances.
