Underwhelming stay

outdated room inconsistent measurements
My room felt outdated and needed key card access for EVERYTHING. That was annoying. The drinks at the bar tasted stale. The beer and wine acted like they had been sitting out. The staff poured different shot measurements and did NOT know how to make basic drinks. It was RIDICULOUS!!!

decent overnight stay

nice decor amazing staff warm room uncomfortable mattress
the hotel had a nice decor and the rooms were reasonably comfortable. the restaurant provided very good service, and i found staff to be quite amazing.
the room i stayed in, it was warm and the mattress was uncomfortable. it was squeaky during the night so it made it hard to sleep. there were few spaces in their car park.

breakfast problem handled situation
the food at the bar are was good.
when i booked, i was told breakfast was included, but they didn't have enough chefs for a cooked breakfast. i had to pay extra for it. i didn't think they handled it properly.
