mixed feelings about my stay

poor breakfast terrible soundproofing
The breakfast was a letdown. i noticed they did not refill the buffet items quickly. a grumpy waitress seemed annoyed when i asked for more food. She needs customer service training i think. the soundproofing was terrible. I complained about noise from the room above.

the staff was helpful and polite .
My room was quite noisy, and this made it difficult to sleep properly.. the noise seemed to come from external sources, like traffic, but i could hear it quite clearly even with the windows closed. additionally, the breakfast buffet was not well-stocked. Several items ran out quickly and were not replenished promptly, i was disappointed by the lack of variety and availability.

The staff was friendly. I found them very helpful! The room provided all the amenities I needed for my short stay. I really appreciated how clean and well-kept the hotel was. The dining area's elegant decor was also a plus!
There were a few minor maintenance issues in the room I stayed in, but nothing major.

Fantastic stay!

scottish breakfast spacious room
The room was spacious and clean, I was happy with the bathroom. There were plenty of lighting options available, and the room was well-stocked with coffee, tea, bottles of water, cookies, and caramel wafer biscuits. The breakfast was good quality. I appreciated that tea and coffee were brought to the table quickly.

i had a lovely standard twin room! it featured excellent lighting which was great. the room size was good, i appreciated that. breakfast was fast with efficient service, i loved the variety on the menu too. check-in was seamless, parking was available.

thin walls stale pastries
I was assigned a room near the service area, quite noisy early in the morning. Staff conversations and equipment sounds echoed through the thin walls, preventing restful sleep. The provided breakfast was a letdown. The pastries tasted stale and looked days old. The coffee machine was also out of service each morning. These issues affected my overall comfort negatively. The room itself felt generally neglected.
