The breakfast was really good. the location is perfect, right by the loch. i found the staff very friendly and polite, especially during check-in. It was busy. the food in the bar was good, and the staff were friendly there as well.
My room was cold upon arrival. the radiator in the bedroom was turned down, and the towel radiator in the bathroom wasn't working. i tried to call reception but there was no answer. it kept cutting me off. This was inconvenient after a long day.
