The hotel's location by the loch was perfect! it offered fine views and easy access to outdoor activities. the staff were helpful. They ensured i had everything i needed. i liked the dog-friendly atmosphere and spacious room, complete with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. the on-site restaurant provided good food at a reasonable price.
the decor in the room was a little dated, though it was clean.

the location had AMAZING views of the loch. staff were friendly.
the room i stayed in felt dated and worn, and the bathroom had loose floor tiles. this created a sense of shabbiness that i found disappointing.

The staff were helpful and provided great service. The hotel included nice lounges with loch views and a cute bar. We loved the outdoor fires.
My room had some minor deferred maintenance. There was slightly worn decor. The room didn't detract from the overall experience!

i found the setting fine, right on the loch. there was plenty of outside seating available, perfect for appreciating the view. the lounge seating was also plentiful, offering comfortable spots indoors too. the staff was helpful, catering to my dietary needs with no fuss.
The variety of teas was limited. I wished for more caffeine-free options.

adequate stay with minor issues

homemade shortbread loch view dated room car park
the location is beautiful with views of the loch it created a relaxed environment the staff paid good attention to detail they provided homemade shortbread in the rooms. i also appreciated the blankets provided for bathing in the loch.
my room looked onto a car park people could easily look into the room the room was also dated needing freshened. i found thick dust on the lamps i also saw stains on the wooden cabinets.
