The check-in process was fast. staff showed me all the amenities. Breakfast featured waterfront views and attentive service. I found off-street parking free. I appreciated the superb shower. Staff happily accommodated my requests.

attentive staff beautiful decor cozy touches warm welcome
The staff were attentive and professional throughout my stay. the decor was beautiful and tasteful. I especially liked the cozy, flowery touches. the hotel provided several guest lounges. It was easy to unwind in a different setting each evening. the welcome at reception was warm and efficient.
i found the pre-ordered breakfast to be slightly lukewarm.

warm welcome complimentary upgrade top cleanliness great breakfast
The welcome was warm, detailed and helpful. A complimentary upgrade to a Seaview room was a really nice surprise and I did appreciate that! Cleanliness was great. My intolerance was handled well during dinner one evening. Breakfast was pre-ordered and presented well.
The elevator was absent, which posed a minor inconvenience with luggage.

small room tiny bathroom
the breakfast was excellent and had tasty ingredients.
The room was far too small i expected more space given the price. the bathroom was also tiny. It barely fit a toilet a sink and a shower. i could hear everything from the bathrooms in adjacent rooms especially noises from the toilet.
