pleasant stay with excellent service

helpful staff clean room nice view friendly staff
the receptionist was very cute. the room itself was a better standard than expected (i was really surprised). i found the breakfast nice, and the staff were very attentive. the rooms were clean and had enough space, and the loch views were very nice.
the wifi signal was not very strong in the bedrooms, but it worked well in the bar area.

breakfast offered a good choice of cereals and juices. a hot breakfast option brought to the table with tea and coffee. the bar staff were pleasant, with christina always offering a warm welcome and asking about the day.

The staff was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area. The restaurant offered a great view. I liked the efficient reception and compact, clean room. The scottish breakfast tasted great when it arrived (especially the haggis!).

The ballroom functions as a restaurant and bar. There is a varied choice menu daily. Standard hotel food portions were served. The scottish breakfast included muesli, and a hot food order was taken later.

The hotel offers scenic views of the Loch. Busses are available near the hotel if required. Rooms have a balcony (mine didn't). There is a large lounge with views over the loch.

charming stay

clean room friendly staff great location comfy bed
the room was very clean i found a kettle tv and hairdryer there. staff were very friendly and helpful i felt welcomed. the hotel location is great beside a river and mountains. i got a comfy bed i slept very well.
the breakfast could be better i feel.

an ok stay

nice location helpful staff warm staff damp smell dated decor wallpaper peeling
the hotel location IS nice. finding it was easy , and the staff members were helpful and warm. the car parking also had plenty of space.
overall , the hotel smelled of both damp and bleach. the decor was tired and dated with wallpaper peeling. i noticed water ingress and dampness surrounding the bedroom window.

the breakfast service was excellent. friendly staff provided efficient service. the room was clean and tidy, a very welcome sight.
The room was too small. The bed suffered from the same problem. the heating did not work, so the room remained cold. this.

the staff were really helpful. i had a good laugh with them and other guests. the reception staff recommended takeaway places that delivered, providing us with plates and cutlery. they even let us eat in the bar!!!
the wifi can be patchy and it's best used in the bar or lounge.
