room space breakfast choice great location broken shower faulty numbers heavy fire door
i stayed in a grand double or twin room. the room was spacious, which i appreciated. the breakfast had a wide range of choices, including a nice buffet of cereals and yoghurt (the selection was excellent!). the location was also great for getting to the ferry.
The shower stand in my room was broken. I had to hold the shower head the whole time. the out of hours numbers for support did not work when i tried to call. also, the bathroom door was a heavy fire door, and it was very noisy every time it closed.

The hotel location was great, easy to access EVERYTHING. The check-in process was quick and simple. I found that the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, more than I expected.
The bathroom was QUITE small. It was almost impossible to maneuver in the shower. I noticed some moisture damage on the cabinets. The door handle in my ground floor room was broken. Duct tape was used for repair but was coming off.
