spacious room great terrace
the room was spacious and clean. the evening meal and breakfast offered plenty of choice. i found a great sun lounge and terrace available.
the hotel lacked atmosphere, as there was no one on reception.

this hotel is located on the edge of the village with views over the loch. a nice short walk from the hotel alongside the loch is possible. it provided a beautiful backdrop for relaxation.

ample parking pool table friendly staff local residents
the hotel had parking available. i found the bar included a pool table. the staff were friendly. local residents also frequented the bar, it was nice to chat with them.
the water was only slightly warm one night, rebooting the boiler fixed it though

The staff were helpful, particularly with directions to local attractions.
My room faced the car park, which detracted from the location. The noise from the nearby road was noticeable and interfered with sleep. The bed was too firm for my preference, but the condition of the mattress was acceptable.
