mixed experience, some misses at this hideaway
poor ventilation mildew around
the restaurant food was acceptable. it offered delicious options.
Housekeeping standards require attention. the visitor toilet in the main building had questionable marks even after cleaning. the room lacked ventilation, causing a musty smell. I also noticed pink mildew around the shower base.

robust breakfast menu friendly staff excellent service small cabin limited space small bathroom
The breakfast menu offered a robust selection. It was exactly what I needed before a morning hike. The staff was friendly, AND the service was excellent. The hotel was very close to all main points of interest.
The cabins ARE really very small. There is not much space to arrange luggage. I also found very little space to dry towels. The bathroom was small TOO.

Very nice pod stay!
modern decoration lovely view friendly staff
The pod was modern and nicely decorated. The view from it was lovely. Breakfast included a great continental selection. a cooked option too! The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, I really appreciated their approachability.
The walk up to the pod on the gravel path was fairly strenuous. the buggy wasn't always available. It would be great if this service could be more consistent for all guests, especially with luggage.

The pods are located on a hillside. Air conditioning kept it comfortable. A golf buggy service assists with luggage transport up the gravel paths. The main building has a beautifully designed lounge and restaurant area.

Breakfast included a continental selection. cooked options. I had dinner at the hotel one evening, it was AMAZING!!! The kitchen accommodated a food allergy with a special vegetarian dish.

The receptionist gave recommendations on local places to eat, this was very helpful. The staff were very kind with luggage assistance to rooms. Staff are super friendly and cute, so polite!

Mixed Experience at the Hotel
small room insufficient service
The restaurant offered delicious food.
The room felt small, difficult to manage luggage for two people. the sauna I booked was not hot enough during the allotted time. No fresh water or coffee was provided on the second day (an oversight, I assume).
