free parking friendly staff good location noisy room limited menu electricity hum
i appreciate the easy accessibility with free parking. the closeness to loch ness helped me a lot and urquhart castle was nearby. the staff was helpful and very friendly.
the restaurant was out of many items, that was frustrating. i stayed in room no 9, very noisy with a low level electricity hum. it sound like it coming from a generator or boiler and it was very annoying.

thin walls limited menu
I must say, i wasn't thrilled with my stay. the soundproofing was nonexistent. I heard every cough and conversation from the neighboring rooms. also, the restaurant seemed to operate on a different plane of existence. My first three orders vanished into thin air. apparently, the kitchen had a secret menu only available to them.

Amazing stay near the loch

convenient location early check-in comfy bed
I found the location convenient. The staff allowed early check-in, which I greatly appreciated. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. I especially liked the comfy bed.
The bistro bar was closed, a bit disappointing after sightseeing.

The room had comfortable beds and brand new bathrooms. The location was very handy. It offered a distillery, a gift shop and a small eatery right on site! The staff was helpful, allowing me to check in early.
