Gracious hospitality and luxurious comfort!
gracious staff comfy bed excellent shower
The staff were so kind. The bed was comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. I could take showers all day because the shower was excellent. I will book again.
Housekeeping did not service the room at all for three nights. We did not get fresh towels, or a tidy room. We did not find any signs for requesting housekeeping service to hang on the door.

I enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. The menu has great options. The service was prompt. I enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere and it made my night special!

The bar area presented an elegant setting to unwind after a long day, offering crafted cocktails and a curated selection of spirits. The lobby provided comfortable seating and a cute place to wait. I loved it!

serene honeymoon stay
heartfelt note excellent service
the staff greeted us with such warmth a complimentary bottle of fizz awaited us in the room a heartfelt note accompanied it the take away breakfast option hung outside the door this service was both excellent and good value

mixed feelings about this place
small room dodgy neighborhood
the room was pretty small it felt cramped i think the toilet didn't flush properly that was annoying the location wasn't great either it was far from everything i wanted to see and the neighborhood was a bit dodgy at night dogs were all over the hotel including on the sofas which is frankly disgusting

comfortable bed friendly welcome
the bed felt superb. it was very very comfortable. the shower were good too, it helped me wash the travel from my bones. the staff gave a friendly welcome, it made the hotel have a nice ambience.
the rooms had no soundproofing, i heard music often.

i liked that my cosy room had a mini fridge. the room also included good blackout curtains. the hotel has an italian restaurant, it was quite good.
the room i stayed in was quite small for the price. i also found the shower pressure to be low. i noticed that the air conditioning unit was noisy during the night.
