Some Issues Encountered. Lock Troublesome

unhelpful manager system error
The manager wasn't particularly helpful, accusing us of not knowing how to lock the door! He also insisted on seeing a voucher. I showed him proof of payment on my banking app, but he wasn't satisfied. He created unnecessary stress because of their system error.

mixed feelings about this stay

small room faulty shower
the room i booked, a king room, turned out smaller than expected. there was barely enough space to move around, and i felt a bit cramped. also, the temperature control in the shower was faulty. it was difficult to get the water to a comfortable temperature.. it seemed stuck on being too hot. this made showering quite unpleasant.

quality amenities excellent breakfast friendly staff walkable location
i enjoyed a room with quality amenities. the breakfast included was excellent. the staff were friendly. i loved the restaurant and bar that were on the premises. it was a walkable location. the room had locally sourced toiletries. the bed was comfortable.
the absence of an elevator made navigating the stairs somewhat inconvenient. it was a minor detail, but worth mentioning.

Overrated and overpriced

small room understaffed staff
The breakfast was good, with fresh options.
I was disappointed. The room was small (think cruise ship cabin), and there was hardly any space for luggage. The television didn't work, and the staff seemed understaffed. Definitely not the 5-star experience I was expecting, and certainly not worth the price i paid (i think i was overcharged).
