fantastic stay!
helpful staff good breakfast convenient car park
I found the staff very helpful. the breakfast was good. I asked for specific cornflakes and they provided them! the car park was very convenient for me too. it made getting around so much easier. i really liked how friendly everyone was.
i did notice a slight chlorine smell sometimes. it seemed to come from the pool area. maybe better ventilation could help with that. it wasn't too bad but noticeable.

I received a quieter room as I had requested it. The hotel's central location was convenient for getting around town. The room and common areas were clean. The Scottish breakfast was tasty too.
The hotel lacked information about the spa in the room. There was nothing shared during check in. Basic information about spa details was needed.

excellent amenities, convenient location
rear car park helpful staff honey porridge
i appreciated the large rear car park it proved perfect for my motorcycle. staff was helpful they supplied a plate for a meal. the breakfast offered just the right portions and the porridge with honey tasted delicious. the gym was very good too.
the reception area was unattended at times i guess due to staffing shortages it was hard to find someone.

the hotel is located right in the town center it has free parking . the situation is also great for travel around the area providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
