friendly staff amazing sea view luxurious escape
The staff was friendly AND very helpful. The location made EVERYTHING accessible. I loved the fresh breakfast and the amazing sea view. IT seemed like a luxurious escape!
The bedside lamp flickered a bit, needing a bulb change.

tidy room extensive breakfast great weather
The room was tidy and had great amenities. breakfast was extensive and what you would expect. my family really enjoyed the pitch and putt course. It offered something for all ages. we had great weather, so that helped a lot.
the receptionist not very cute on my early arrival. i was advised check in was at 3 pm, but i was not directed to an area to get a drink. there was no offer to leave my luggage.

christmas decorations lovely decorations good location nice location good breakfast no fridge missing fridge broken phone faulty phone fire alarm
the christmas decorations in the hotel were very lovely. the hotel has a good location for the town. i found the breakfast pretty good too.
my room did not have a fridge which was a pain. the phone also did not work i notice. also, the fire alarm went off at 7am i did not like that.

The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. it had everything i needed, even flute glasses and an iron. the bathroom toiletries were high quality with lively touches. the room temperature was perfect. It was not overly warm. the bed was comfortable.
the road was closed due to a big crane. i found electricians tools and equipment sprawled about the entrance.
