Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
The Clachan Hotel is known for its excellent location directly on Loch Earn, providing beautiful views, often from the bedrooms themselves, and a good base for exploring local areas. The recently refurbished rooms are clean and spacious, and the bar/restaurant offers home-cooked food in a cozy atmosphere, often with a log fire, where guests have enjoyed the Cullen Skink. The continental breakfast is considered excellent and worth the money; however, some guests have noted the building is a little dated. A short, pleasant walk provides access to the loch from a public jetty, and there's a large car park available.
