mixed feelings about this stay

brown furniture shower door
the hotel's location worked well for me.
the room was small, a real squeeze. also, the furniture, especially the brown stuff, it was pretty depressing. the shower doors didn't close properly, so water splashed everywhere. i expect better.

Reasonable Stay

helpful staff comprehensive information large breakfast leaky shower shower head high position
The location is convenient for accessing Kelvingrove Park and the university area. The staff were helpful, providing comprehensive written information about local facilities. Breakfast was large and tasty, providing energy for a day of sightseeing.
The shower doors did not completely close. Water leaked through the gap. The shower head was positioned too high with no way to adjust it.

decent location, room needs some work

thin walls microwaved breakfast
The room felt cramped. I think, soundproofing was non-existent, SO I could hear other guests clear as day through the walls. Every cough and snore. The bed was not comfy. It seemed like I was sleeping on a trampoline that had seen better days. Breakfast was a letdown. Everything tasted like it had been microwaved within an inch of its life.
