helpful staff quiet night central location small room bed hair cigarette smell
the staff was very helpful. my room was quiet at night. the location was central for my short stay.

inadequate view small shower room
My room lacked an adequate view. The window faced directly onto adjacent rooftops. It provided no scenic outlook whatsoever. I consider it a significant flaw. the shower room proved exceedingly small. It did not allow for comfortable movement, a problem I hope they solve soon.

Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Aspects
small room terrible pillows no elevator
The location was fine, close to the gardens.
I was very frustrated by the small room. It felt cramped. The pillows were also terrible. They were lumpy and thin, I had a very uncomfortable sleep. The lack of an elevator was a problem, especially with luggage. twice.

lack of lift cramped washroom
the location suited my needs well.
the room was quite small, and i found the lack of a lift inconvenient. i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. the washroom was also quite cramped, disappointing.
