excellent breakfast friendly staff golf course extra charge small portion no sauces
the breakfast was fantastic. it was plentiful. the staff were friendly. i enjoyed excellent views over the golf course.
the waitress made a comment about having to charge extra for salad. this was disappointing. we were not offered any sauces with our food! the food portion was small.

The room was a bit disappointing. the bed felt quite worn. I could feel every spring. cutlery was not clean. Cups had stains and lipstick marks. at least the staff were happy to swap those out for clean items

The hotel has a beautiful woodland setting. I found the food fantastic, especially the breakfast options (the haggis was good!). The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The soundproofing could be improved as I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

fantastic range very nice attention flawless organisation friendly staff
The breakfast offered a fantastic range, i adored the haggis and the black pudding in particular. They were divine. the staff showed very nice attention. They were helpful and attentive. the organisation around my wife's birthday meal went flawlessly, and it meant a lot to us. the lunch we had was excellent, and the staff were both friendly and helpful throughout our meal.
the emergency light within sight of the bed was quite bright, making it a little challenging to fall asleep quickly.

the setting created a tranquil atmosphere that seemed almost dreamlike, with gardens adding to the overall romantic mood. the grounds were perfect for evening strolls, and i found it a particularly nice experience before dinner.

clean room useful fan comfortable bed attentive staff
the room was clean and the provided fan was useful as i prefer a cooler room i found the bed comfortable and the room had adequate space for my luggage the breakfast offered a variety of options with both buffet items and cooked-to-order choices available i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff i experienced efficient service and a friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel
