non-functional tv bathroom mould
The staff provided a warm welcome. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
The tv did not work. Wardrobe space (i think, they called it that) was in the bathroom. I noticed mould on the bathroom ceiling. What a. surprise.

Really good stay
competitive rate tidy hotel excellent food friendly staff
The rates were competitive. The hotel has been refurbished by new owners and is very tidy. I had an evening meal and it was excellent (the steak was divine) and good value. Breakfast selection is good with very reasonable prices. Staff were very friendly.
I noticed VERY limited wardrobe space. It was in the bathroom.

The staff accommodated all needs. I understand it's recently been taken over and they are renovating. The rooms were super clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff went out of their way.

The location was convenient. The staff was friendly and cute. The room was very clean and the bed provided great comfort. The outdoor seating area offered a nice space for relaxation.
I noticed the carpets in the room had some marks.

The bedroom was a great size and very fresh. The refurbishment throughout the building appears nearly complete. The double room had comfortable furnishings and a functional layout, ideal for a short stay.

spacious room relaxing soak friendly staff
The room was spacious and the bath perfect for a relaxing soak. Staff provided excellent local advice, especially Elaine. She provided friendly and professional help throughout my visit. Her recommendations enhanced my trip.
The restaurant service felt a bit slow one evening.

A huge carpark at the rear of the hotel provided a safe place for vehicles. The decoration and maintenance seemed well done throughout the hotel. Bright colours enhanced the rooms.

Great Staff and Food!
friendly staff ample parking excellent person safe space
Staff were friendly. Kieran worked reception and the bar. He was excellent. The hotel sits in the town center. A large parking space exists at the rear. The parking space felt safe.
My room decor had paint peeling off. A disagreeable smell existed. The tv didnt work.

the staff were helpful and friendly the food was well cooked and tasty at dinner and breakfast the room was spacious and comfortable
the bed was not comfortable single glazed windows let in drafts the small room had a small ensuite the car park at the rear did not feel safe
