superb stay!

central location helpful staff
the central location was great, especially since i arrived by bus. the staff was friendly and also helpful! i appreciated the complimentary water and snacks provided in the room. it.
The stairs to reach my room were quite steep, though it wasn't a major problem for me, it might be difficult for those with mobility issues. i think it's important to consider improving accessibility for all guests. Perhaps an alternative room could be considered.

the various absences of any catering should have been made clear in all publicity. finding another source for both dinner and breakfast was not acceptable. one bedlight did not work.
