dim lighting unavailable outlet
the bathroom lighting was not good, VERY dim. I also needed to style my hair. I found a dressing table and mirror in the room. BUT, there was no outlet nearby so that did not work AT ALL. A hairdryer near a mirror seemed impossible.

helpful staff comfortable bed tea bags cold shower low pressure flushing issue
the staff was amazing. jennifer was very helpful. she answered all my questions. the bed was comfy and the room had kettle and tea and coffee bags provided.
the shower was really cold sometimes. i stayed four days. two times it was completly cold and one time cold after 3 minutes with low pressure. there was a lot of noice. i had to press 5 times to flush, and it worked not very well.

decent STAY

clean room good facilities coffee selection cold shower low pressure faulty door
the room was CLEAN with good facilities. it FELT warm, and i had plenty of SPACE for clothes for my trip. lots of tea, coffee, and milk WERE available.
the shower WAS sometimes really cold with LOW pressure. you had TO press the toilet many times to flush IT. the door to the bathroom did not close PROPERLY.

charming stay close to the city

nearby bus stop helpful staff comfy bed
the bus stop is really close i reached the city center quickly the staff were friendly and helpful at all times i felt really welcomed i thought the breakfast offered great value with many choices. the room included tea coffee and biscuits i appreciated this small touch the bed was comfy for a good night's sleep
the street parking was a little difficult at first it took me a few tries to find a space
