fantastic central location!

spacious apartment excellent facilities comfortable bed
the apartment was spacious and bright. the facilities were excellent, especially the comfortable bed and soft towels. i found the apartment fully equipped with everything i needed.
i noticed slight wear on the decor, like the shower handles needing replacement.

Acceptable Stay With a Few Issues

uncomfortable sofa lack of heating
The biggest issue was the uncomfortable lounge chairs and sofa (seriously, who designed those?). I noticed several stains on the lounge rug and sofa, not ideal. But the absolute worst part was the complete lack of heating and hot water. There was no offer of any real help. They just suggested I could leave if I wanted to. It's november. Some warmth would have been welcome.

misleading picture terrible noise
the location was really good. it has walking distance to many places.
the room pictures are MISLEADING. i expected a view of a park, but i got a dirty wall. the noise from the street was terrible. i could not sleep very well.

The apartment was located a short walk from the train station. Around 10-15 minutes. the place was both clean and quite comfortable. i communicated easily with the company via whatsapp. the team seemed receptive to feedback.

There were numerous options for breakfast or brunch nearby. This made the mornings easy. many restaurants and pubs were within a short walking distance for evenings, so i could easily find places to eat.

the internet connection was both fast and stable, very important! the indoor temperature and hot water worked perfectly . the apartment had everything i needed for a pleasant stay.

the location was amazing.
Traffic noise was loud and persistent throughout the night. large windows overlook a very busy road. The windows needed to be open because there was no a/c. a text to the management company was never answered, too.

The studio had a well-equipped design. The location proved great for exploring local attractions. The shower was amazing and i also loved the little kitchen. The biscuits and coffee provided were very welcome and thoughtful.
The carpet in the lounge area had some stains, which affected the overall appearance slightly.
