spacious room bus route good price squeaky bed noisy fridge hand soap
The room was fairly spacious. It had shared bathroom facilities. I appreciated the convenient location south of the city centre along a main bus route. I found breakfast nearby at Earl Grange Café.
The bed was awful. IT was very squeaky. The fridge was noisy, so I unplugged it. THERE was no hand soap, and I had to call for some.

clean bathroom clean towels
the room was very clean with a bathroom inside. there was also a kettle, tea, coffee, milk, and sugar in the room. i got clean towels too, and that was real nice.
the television had a european plug, but i don't got any adaptor, so i couldn't use it.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room

damp smell brown scum
The location was acceptable and allowed easy access to public transportation.
The room reeked of damp! The protective plastic on the window made the room unbearably hot, with no way to cool it down. Brown scum covered the sink tap. I had to clean it myself before using it. The bathroom door also lacked a lock.

Luka and Agnal greeted us warmly and assisted with parking and luggage. Luka clearly explained everything and recommended local restaurants. They clarified that recent negative online reviews referred to the previous management. The staff was very helpful, and the rooms were clean.

charming find!

ample space convenient parking
I was so happy with the room size. It easily accommodated our luggage. a major plus was the convenient parking right in the backyard, made our arrival stress-free! luca's help with luggage and clear explanations were very welcome. i also loved the availability of bus stops nearby, a quick route to the city center.
The bathroom sink tap had some brown scum, i had to clean it before filling our water bottles. A minor inconvenience.

convenient location short walk cold room broken curtains
the location was convenient with a bus stop nearby. a short walk led me to a cafe for breakfast. i found it easy enough to get to the place..
room 11 was not warm enough for me. the curtains could not fully cover the window, i noticed. cobwebs were visible on the ceiling. i also missed having a chair in the room..

unbelievable experience

warm greeting easy parking clear explanation new management
luka and agnal greeted us SO warmly. They showed us where to park, and they carried our luggage right to our room. Luka explained EVERYTHING clearly. They recommended restaurants and even addressed the google reviews by explaining the management had JUST changed.
the cleanliness wasn't TOP notch , but everything else was wonderful.
