a decent stay
friendly staff coffee facilities small room faulty sink
the staff seemed friendly and helpful. my room included tea and coffee making facilities. THE bed was comfortable and i enjoyed a quiet night.
the room was small especially considering the price. the bathroom looked recently renovated, but it had problems with the sink.

the room was clean with a comfortable bed. i had instant coffee and tea available in the room (which was very convenient). staff members were nice and helpful .
the stairs were old, and it was a bit tiring climbing to my room.

Location was superb. I found many restaurants nearby. the room was clean and rather spacious. self check-in and check-out was fairly straightforward, a great base for city explorations.

I appreciated the superb location. Numerous excellent restaurants exist on Bruntsfield place and Leven street. It is a short walk to the city centre. The bus stop right outside was very useful. The owner provided helpful tips for exploring the city, WHICH i liked.
the absence of an elevator made accessing rooms on higher floors a slight inconvenience.

numerous cafés like Treehouse Cafe and Quinn's Cafe were located nearby. The hotel did not offer breakfast, but this was not a problem due to many local options. These establishments provided ample choice for morning meals.
