clean room comfortable bed helpful staff

the room was clean with a comfortable bed. i had instant coffee and tea available in the room (which was very convenient). staff members were nice and helpful .

the stairs were old, and it was a bit tiring climbing to my room.

Location was superb. I found many restaurants nearby. the room was clean and rather spacious. self check-in and check-out was fairly straightforward, a great base for city explorations.

I appreciated the superb location. Numerous excellent restaurants exist on Bruntsfield place and Leven street. It is a short walk to the city centre. The bus stop right outside was very useful. The owner provided helpful tips for exploring the city, WHICH i liked.

the absence of an elevator made accessing rooms on higher floors a slight inconvenience.
