breakfast included a hearty scottish option. i really enjoyed the quality butcher sausage (it was excellent!). the coffee was freshly brewed (they made it to order!).
the shower pressure wasn't great (it could have been better).

breakfast choice fruit yogurt square sausage
the breakfast was very good. it had two eggs, two link sausages, a square sausage, baked beans, black pudding and a tattie scone. there was also fruit yogurt and toast. coffee was included too.
i found very poor shower pressure in my en suite. my bedroom door needs oiling on hinges. i am sure it must waken others in neighbouring rooms.

size tv coffee facilities early check
the room included a decent size tv and tea and coffee facilities. there was even a reading light over the bed , i really appreciated that. the staff allowed me an early check in , which was very helpful for attending a wedding nearby.
the hinges on the bedroom door needed oiling , it was a bit noisy.

amazing stay!

the tea and coffee facilities were so convenient, really appreciated that! a reading light above the bed was perfect for nighttime. the tv in the room was a great size, i could watch all my fave shows!!! i was able to check in early, so helpful for attending the wedding i was going to. the bed was also super comfy.
i think the hotel needs an interior refresh. it feels a little dated.

clean room equipped room good breakfast noisy hinge poor shower disturbed guests
my room was clean and well equipped so I have no complaints. breakfast was good, and it included two eggs, sausages, and a tattie scone. there was fruit and toast too and I liked the coffee.
my room door needs oiling on the hinges, it was really noisy. the shower pressure wasn't great in my en suite. i think my bedroom disturbed other guests in neighboring rooms.
