The room felt spacious and comfortable, with a clean toilet area. It included nice toiletries and fluffy towels. I had dinner in the restaurant, it was a busy spot with local patrons. the meal was both delicious and good value.
The fish had a somewhat bland taste for my liking.

The breakfast was good. All ingredients from local suppliers, including homemade granola.
I hate that the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. Mold grew in the shower and the musty smell was always in my room. This.

Amazing Scottish Borders Stay!

superb choice friendly staff
I stayed here for a couple of nights and found it very cute. Breakfast had a superb choice. I recommend the full English. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I would have liked more vegetarian options available for dinner. There was only one vegetarian meal on the menu , and combining side dishes was less than ideal.
Rooms
9/10
The room was very comfy and tidy, with above-average-quality towels. I found the bed comfortable, and the room size was adequate for my needs. The space was well-kept, and everything was to be in good condition.
Facilities
10/10
The hotel has a large garden area. The Inn welcomes local people in the bar area. I thought the breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was a wide choice of local food available each morning.
