the location suited my needs well! the free parking was a definite advantage. the staff offered quick and polite service. the room provided was clean and functional, fulfilling its purpose.
the car park was dark, made loading and unloading luggage slightly difficult.

clean and convenient stay

clean room free parking
the room was clean and a decent size for a short stay (i appreciated the layout). free parking was a definite bonus, and the location provided easy motorway access. i also noticed dining options nearby.
the corridors seemed a bit dull with their choice of paint. i think brighter colors would improve the atmosphere. also, an extra power outlet closer to the bed would have been useful (i had to charge my phone across the room).

the hotel provided easy access. the bed offered comfort. the staff seemed friendly. i found it convenient to reach different places.
the hotel lacked hot drink making facility in the room. i had to go to the reception area for coffee. this was inconvenient, especially in the morning.

The location is near the OVO Hydro and other venues. This made attending events very easy. The room was clean upon arrival and the bed provided good support.
There was only one accessible power outlet near the desk, which complicated charging multiple devices.

missing kettle inadequate storage
The lack of a kettle in the room was a significant oversight. I expected to have the ability to make a hot beverage in my room. There was also no proper wardrobe. Only a single hanger was available. This made storing clothing inconvenient and resulted in items remaining in my luggage. The fire alarm went off in the early hours, causing a considerable disturbance.

The free parking was helpful, especially since parking can be difficult to find (and expensive). my room was clean. I appreciated that a lot. the staff was friendly and polite, promptly addressing my queries. the hotel's location was near many dining options.
the room was a bit smaller than expected, but manageable for a solo traveller.
