the location allowed for complete relaxation. my three bedroom cottage was quite spacious and clean. the front house staff were also helpful and friendly..
The accessible room i was given felt dated. i heard noise from people staying above me. I could hear every movement. the jacuzzi and sauna were not operational to the pool.

spacious cottage great views immaculate grounds quality food
i found the cottage quite spacious, offering great views of the loch. the value for money was great! the grounds were immaculate. the staff was very friendly. the onsite restaurant served quality food, which i found lovely.
i noticed that the gym equipment included a treadmill that was out of order.

tidy hotel cute staff consistent service regular standard
The location suited our paddle boarding activities perfectly. The hotel presented itself immaculately, always clean and organised. staff members consistently offered a warm welcome. We value this regular standard of service a lot. i'm confident that we will return here.

The resort felt so private! the staff were attentive. I especially liked the text message service to book amenities. the cottage i stayed in was warm and clean. It had superb views of the lake with loads of lovely walks nearby.

high price greasy food
the kitchen equipment was all provided there was an oven microwave toaster washing machine and a dishwasher
i WAS told there were no vacancies at first the price was high. i COULDN'T check in before 4:00pm unless i paid extra i FOUND this policy unusual. the restaurant food was mediocre overpriced fish and chips was greasy
