sleek hotel stay

clean room helpful staff
The room was wonderfully clean and well stocked with tea and coffee. we enjoyed the modern look of the room and lobby, but the bar staff were also very sociable and helpful. I appreciated this. the gym had a wide variety of options for all abilities.
I booked the superior room. It said there was a mini bar. there wasn't. i was very disappointed. the breakfast did not offer what i was expecting. It was ok if you didn't want a cooked breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located. This means it is easy to walk to key areas. the building felt fairly new, and the modern style gave it a fresh, clean look. I enjoyed that feature.

The room includes river views and is most comfortable. the reception staff were very helpful. They were accommodating and personable. the close proximity to the station made transport easier, shops and local attractions were also nearby.

Great Hotel Experience

efficient check-in excellent service attentive staff
The check-in process was quick and efficient. Ross provided excellent customer service in the restaurant and was very attentive. He gave me information about the menu.
I can't think of any negative aspects regarding my stay at this hotel.

Solid Stay

blackout curtains strong water pressure
The room included blackout curtains which was great. The shower had strong water pressure and good temperature control. I found the staff very quick to help with my requests. They delivered extra towels promptly.
The in-room safe was not working. I reported it but it was not fixed . This made me uncomfortable leaving valuables in the room.

Breakfast offered many choices. I saw a variety of hot and cold items including pastries, eggs, sausage, and fresh fruit. The dining area was clean, and staff refilled items quickly. I also liked the coffee was hot.

The breakfast options were plentiful. I had several healthy choices. Staff members were attentive and polite.
A light bulb was burned out. The replacement took over 24 hours.
