adequate stay with issues
comfortable location sea view unfixed towel rail cold bedroom
the room was large and comfortable location close to amenities was good with views of the harbor and sea.
i found the bathroom towel rail wasn't working i mentioned it but it remained unfixed on checkout my sister needed it as she is recovering from chemo and cold the bedroom was also very cold even with the heater.

sea location harbour view helpful staff
the location is superb, right by the sea! the second-floor room provided lovely views of the sea and harbour. i found the staff very friendly and helpful.
I noticed the absence of air conditioning. We needed to keep the windows open due to warmth.

The hotel has a great central location. The restaurant food was fabulous and the staff were both helpful and friendly. My room was wonderfully large. It also offered a great view.

inoperational lift unhelpful receptionist
the location was acceptable. the room was clean.
The lift was not operational. I had to climb stairs with mobility issues. at checkout, the receptionist seemed uninterested in my complaint. the receptionist response was unprofessional and unhelpful.
