I found the staff super friendly. It was a highlight. The food was fantastic and the room clean, good. I enjoyed the comfortable room and the tasty evening meal. The bar is nice and had a good collection of beers!

the staff was very friendly. the room was very clean and well equipped.
the tv did not have news in video format. it only had audio. the bathroom door did not close properly. i think the paint caused that issue.

The receptionist was helpful. She efficiently arranged dinner and breakfast at check-in. I found my room spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The Tunnock's teacake was an unexpected, delicious treat. The dinner and breakfast both had very good service. The bar staff were also really good.
The bathroom door didn't close properly. I think the paint on it may have been the reason.

the parking was helpful and seemed fairly secure. i suppose that's something.
The room smelled sort of unpleasant. I think our clothes even picked up the odor? the bathroom felt cramped, and the shower curtain barely kept the water in. quite the experience.

helpful staff tea cake caramel wafer skirting board broken furniture marked wall
the staff were genuinely helpful. joanne and rose were particularly cute. i received a tunnocks tea cake and caramel wafer upon arrival. the planters outside had some real effort put into them.
the hotel needs some updating. there was dust on the skirting board. some furniture was broken , and the walls were badly marked. it just needs some tlc.

The staff was helpful. The dinner at the restaurant was excellent. I had a good experience. I enjoyed it.
The carpet in the hallway looked old. The radiator in the toilet was rusty and needed painting. I observed these issues. I hope they will be resolved.
