the room included a gas fireplace adding a stylish touch. the library, a space where guests could enjoy beverages, had great flair. it also had a large wooden fireplace i found very inviting.
there was NO room service menu available. i did NOT see any laundry service offered. i also thought one of the barmen displayed rude behavior.

a GREAT stay near loch lomond

late arrival attentive staff
The staff waited DESPITE our late arrival. I appreciated that. the room was comfortable. the breakfast was great with MANY choices and the staff was very attentive. it felt cute as soon as i entered, and the reception member was lovely. She.
Our room looked quite tired. i noticed grease marks on the headboard FABRIC and had to cover it. there was no walk in shower. Only an attachment on the taps over the bath. also, our attic room meant several stairs.

Mediocre Experience with Some Issues

undercooked vegetables terrible service
I encountered SOME problems . The lentil soup lacked flavor and seemed diluted. My vegetables were undercooked, and the carrot cake was stale with runny cream. The waiters made errors with our drinks and demonstrated a lack of knowledge about the menu.

My room was a Classic Twin Room. The parking area has lots of space and it was close to the hotel. The food at the pub tasted delicious.
The staff seemed a tiny bit impatient when we did not order immediately.
