The staff were very friendly and helpful, that is a big plus. the location provides an easy walk to loch lomond. the restaurant served tasty food for a reasonable price. I thought the bar area was also relaxing.

I stayed in room 26, and there was no hot water in the shower, but the sink had hot water. my partner could not check in, even with the reservation number.

spacious room clean room modern bathroom tea selection

The family room was spacious and so clean. i really appreciated the tv, hairdryer, kettle, cups, spoons and glasses. they gave us a great selection of tea and coffee even decaf was available. the bathroom was modern and super clean plus dove hand wash and 2-in-1 body wash were available. A great set of towels was also provided.

i noticed some chairs in the restaurant had some crumbs of food from previous guests

the staff were friendly and helpful. the extra bed for the second child was already in the room when we arrived. online check-in and check-out made everything much faster and easier. it was a smooth process.

i found the on-site ev charging points very useful it gave me peace of mind during my travels. the room's size was good and i noticed it was quite clean. parking right in front of the room was very convenient for accessing my belongings.

nothing special stands out but the services are okay

The hotel has ample parking. It is a major plus. There is a pub attached and it is convenient. The staff seemed friendly and ready to help with local information when I asked. My room was spacious and very clean. I found the bed comfortable, and the area quiet.

The tv aerial in my room was broken. I had dinner at the pub, and the food was quite dry. I thought it was a bit overcooked. There wasn't much surface space in the room.
