comfortable bed helpful staff mouldy shower head mouldy towel rack
The room was clean the beds were comfortable the staff made the stay very pleasant especially at the pub across the road.
I was disappointed to find mould on the shower head the towel rack also had mould this was quite off putting the ceiling also showed mould near the windows.

friendly staff great information spacious room reception tablet
the staff member was very friendly and provided great information about our stay (. breakfast and dinner were fantastic. the service from every staff member was excellent. the room was spacious and comfortable. i also appreciated the tablet at reception used to order a taxi.
the absence of a wardrobe was a slight inconvenience for storing clothes.

a decent stay

friendly reception clean room helpful staff slow check-in slack toilet seat frozen chips
i received a warm, friendly welcome on arrival. my room was clean, and it had all i needed for my stay. the staff was helpful and accommodating.
check-in took twenty minutes, even though i followed all the instructions. the toilet seat in my room was slack, not ideal. i also ordered a steak in the restaurant, but the chips were frozen and of poor quality.

accessible bathroom excellent service good value room cards
The accessible bathroom suited me perfectly. It was one of the best i have used, and the service was excellent. I appreciated the food, finding it good value and of a good quality. Staff sorted out room cards quickly.
